Amano goes on a pool return line that fits. It normally runs two liquid tests a day. You can change the times. Built-in cellular sends the four reads to the app.

Use a 2-inch return line. Place it after the filter and before other gear. It needs 120V, 40 GPM or more, and 10 PSI or more. An inline tee fitting is used.

Amano normally tests twice a day. You can change the plan. Site Wi-Fi is not needed.

Does Amano send alerts or keep logs?
It does both. Amano can send an alert after a test. It also saves the result and test time.
Does Amano replace hand pool tests?
No. Keep all hand tests and site checks. Follow local rules, product labels, gear guides, and your site plan.
What does Amano test?
It tests free chlorine, combined chlorine, pH, and total alkalinity with liquid reagent. It does not test each value a site or local rule may need.
Can Amano work next to a pool controller?
It may work next to a controller on a fit return line. It does not run or replace the controller. We do not claim that the two tools link.
Can Amano decide which pool is safe to skip?
No. A scheduled result or alert can help a person choose what to investigate first. It cannot declare a site safe, replace a required check, or make the route decision.
Is Amano pool route software?
No. A route app plans work, saves client notes, and may run bills. Amano is an inline pool tester with alerts, logs, and a view of all your pools.
What care does it need?
Amano uses a replaceable liquid-reagent cartridge. Follow the current Amano care guide, and ask about cartridge supply and plan details on a call.
Do I need site Wi-Fi?
No. Amano has built-in cellular. There is no property Wi-Fi setup. Ask about current connectivity and plan details on a call.
