This is not a named client win. It is a field test plan. Amano can use it with a pool firm before it posts a real case study.
The goal is to track a change in the work. We do not give Amano credit for a gain the data cannot prove.
Start with one clear question
Do not just ask, “Did the team like it?” Start with one route pain. Pick a clear log.
- How many set tests did the team check on time?
- How long did it take to find a pool log?
- How many trips were just for a pool test?
- How many call backs fit the team’s own rule?
- How often did a tech handoff include a check, action, owner, and next step?
- How many of the set tests did the unit finish?
Set each count before the test
| Count | Rule to set | Proof source |
|---|---|---|
| Alert check | What counts, who checks, and the time goal | Amano alert and check log |
| Test-only trip | A visit whose logged goal was only to get the named pool test | Route or work-order system |
| Call back | A call that fits the firm’s own rules | Phone and work logs |
| Find a record | Time from the request to the opened pool test log | Timed work test |
| Full handoff | Has the fact, check, action, owner, due time, and next step | Handoff check |
| Set test rate | Done tests split by all set tests; keep each gap | Amano unit log and site notes |
Make the before and after fair
- Pick the pools and test dates first.
- Use a like span for the old data.
- Log a change in staff, site, weather, or gear.
- Keep each app, phone, unit, and pool tech log.
- Log lost data. Do not call lost proof a zero.
- Name who will check the work.
- Share the count and base count, not just a rate.
What Amano adds to the test
Amano runs liquid tests at set times. It normally tests twice a day. You can change the plan. It tests free chlorine, combined chlorine, pH, and total alkalinity. It saves each test time, can send an alert, and has built-in cell data.
It does not add pool chemicals or plan routes. It does not take the place of hand tests. It does not prove that the site met each pool rule. Keep these limits in the field test.
When a real client story is ready
Do not claim a client result until the firm has:
- The right to name the firm or hide its name.
- The old data, test dates, pool count, and count rules.
- Real counts and notes on lost data.
- A check for other things that may cause the gain.
- Client quotes that the client has seen.
- A note that one route’s gain is not a sure gain.
