What this site collects
If you only browse, we use standard web analytics and ads tools already on the pages:
- PostHog (product analytics and session replay on this site)
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Ads
- Meta Pixel
Those tools can store cookies or similar IDs on your device and record pages you visit, approximate location, referring URL, campaign and ad-click tags, search terms when a campaign or referring search engine provides one, browser and device details, clicks and their page location, scroll depth, time actively spent on a page, page speed, and browser errors. PostHog session replay does not blanket-mask ordinary inputs on an Amano-hosted page; password inputs stay masked. Fields entered on Calendly’s separate site are not recorded by Amano’s PostHog session replay. We use this data to find unclear pages, broken interactions, slow loads, and the paths that lead to a booked call. We do not sell a consumer mailing list from this page.
The site also uses local and session storage to keep first-touch, last-touch, current-session campaign details, and a random lead-join ID. If storage is blocked, the first-party booking link can carry campaign tags, landing path, assist page, button name, and that random ID in its URL. The random ID is passed to Calendly in the UTM content field. Once the signed booking webhook is configured, it sends the booking email, booking status, campaign tags, and that ID to PostHog so the lead and later sales outcome can be tied to the anonymous website journey. It does not send the Calendly name, phone number, or form answers to PostHog. If you choose a call, we save the page and button that led to Calendly. A click is booking intent, not a lead. The browser code does not copy Calendly form fields into PostHog, Google Analytics, or Meta.
If you contact us
Email or a Calendly booking shares whatever you type — name, work email, phone if you give one, and notes about your pools. We use that to answer you and to follow up on a possible install. Calendly is a separate scheduling service with its own terms.

Logged-in chemistry data lives at dashboard.amanocare.com. That host is a different product login. This privacy page does not describe every dashboard account control. Ask us if you need that detail.
What we do not claim here
We do not list a public street address or phone number on this page. We do not name a law firm. We may update this text when the site or the tools change.
